One of my family friends was kind enough to lend me a giant canvas painting she was trying to get rid of in her apartment. I took it upon myself to recycle the painting and paint over the art on it to create the largest art project I had taken on yet. I have always wanted to paint a scene from the beautiful country of Greece and after many days of contemplation, I decided to paint the first landscape picture below on the left. I completed this project over the summer of 2020 as I painted on and off for a month and I am so happy to see how it has turned out! I am so excited to hang this canvas proudly on the walls of my college home!!

1. The first picture to the left is my final painting!

2. The second picture is me in action with my summer painting project.

4. The third picture is the original canvas that I was given to recycle. I covered the canvas with two coats of white paint and started with a clean slate.

5. The last picture down on the right is a reference to how large the canvas is compared to someone my height, about 5'8.
